The sub closes the job and both sides are informed; the finished report comes back as a file and is read in without duplicates.

Unlimited users per licence and no cost per technician. Technicians can be assigned per panel. Subcontractors and partner workshops work in their own installation and therefore need their own licence.
Yes. Windows devices sync through a shared work folder (NAS, OneDrive, Synology Drive). Android tablets run standalone with the full feature set. Settings → Storage shows when the other devices were last active.
Every change is recorded in a SHA-256 hash chain; document versions and PDF snapshots are created automatically on every status change. The audit trail can be exported as JSON and verified. Built to GDPR and revFADP.
It is a perpetual licence: paid once, with no expiry date and no monthly fees. The “about CHF 9 per month” figure is only an illustration spread over five years — nothing falls due afterwards.
